Can we improve things with the data and tools you already have?
What you gain if we act: time, fewer errors, lower costs or more sales. If the benefit isn't clear, we don't build it.
Does the benefit justify the investment?
What to do, what to skip and in what order. The outcome can be a plan, a tool or a recommendation not to invest yet.
Do we start with the plan or leave it for later?
